God wants you and me to live a satisfied life. He has promised to restore all the things that the enemy has stolen. However, just because God gives this great promise, doesn't mean it will automatically come to pass in your and my life. You and I have to do our part to develop a restoration mentality. We must expect things to change in our favor. We must be strong-willed and determined, and do everything we can to recover what the enemy has stolen.
The Bible says, "The Kingdom of God sufferer violence, and the violent take it by force!" There are forces, enemies of Christ that do not want us to win the battle. But greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world." We must remember, obstacles are simply opportunities for advancement. If we do our part to have a restoration mentality, God will take every obstacle that comes into our lives and turn it into a stepping-stone that will take you and I to a place of higher, honor, integrity, and great blessing.
We must focus on the future! Hebrews 10:35 says: "Do not cast away your confidence for it will be richly rewarded." God is constantly trying to plant need seeds of victory inside of us. He is trying to increase and enlarge our territory. He wants to take us to a new level of victory. But in order for this to happen, the seed has to take root in our heart. Before we ever become successful we have to see ourselves being successful. Before our dreams come to pass, we have to look through the eyes of faith and speak those things that be not as though they were. (Romans 4:17).
The enemy does not want us to fulfill our destiny, so he immediately tries to frustrate and discourage us. When seeds of faith are planted in our heart through the Word of God, the enemy immediately comes to sow seeds of doubt in our spirit to uproot the seed God has planted in our heart. In order to defeat the enemy in our lives, we have to stay focused on God's promises, constantly meditate on His promises, and live a life that is pleasing and honoring to God. We must always thank the Lord for His faithfulness and loving kindness, no matter what things look like in the natural.
We must believe that what lies ahead is better than what has been. We must trust that God has a marvelous plan for our lives. (Jeremiah 29:11). We must believe that the things that He has started in our lives, He is more than able to finish. Before long, we will begin to see the dreams God has placed in our heart. They will surely come to pass." Wait on the Lord and be of good courage, for He shall strengthen thine heart; Wait I say on the Lord." (Isaiah 40:31).
God bless and:
