It is important for any of us who work in a hostile working envoronment, to reject any notion of victim-hood that's laying claim to your peace, and robbing of contentment on your job. Your job, inspite of its challenges, would have been the dream of your grandmothers and grandfathers. Hey, Sister Christian and Brother Christian, didn't you pray to get this job that you now complain about? As difficult as it may be to accept, you are in your present position for a reason; you are also there for a season.
Your job is to study, take the test, graduate and move on to what God has for you next. There's someting you need to learn and take with you from your present position into your next one. Like what you may ask? (a) skill building. (b0 Characher building. You may need to learn computer skills such as Excel and Microsoft Word- plus God may need you to work on your patience, attitude, and grattitude.
You may very well need to learn office management skills. What is your current temperment like on your Job? Selah...pause and think about that for a moment. You may need to manage your mood swings in order to get along better with your boss and co-workers. For those who love the Lord, no experience is ever wasted. Listen the Bible says: "All things work together for the good of those who love the Lord, to those who are called according to His purpose. ( Romans 8:28 NKJV). sometimes it is difficult to see this in the moment but it is still the truth!
When Joseph was in the pit and the prison, it was hard to see how this would work out for his good. How would being sold into slavery by his own brothers bring him from the pit to the palace, but it did. God has a master plan for your life and minie. Your current job may well be prepararation for the job God had in mind for you from the foundation of the world. It is a job so awesome that you would do it even without getting a paycheck. Look back at the steps that have moved you in your present direction,. Then trust that God is using each experience to bring about His perfect will for your life.
Have a wonderful day and: "Don';t Forget To Say Your prayers."
